What to Expect in a Session

All care is trauma-informed, consent-based, and tailored to your comfort and goals. Your session may include:

• Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) to reduce swelling and fluid buildup

• Scar tissue and myofascial release to soften adhesions and restore movement

• Gentle work to address axillary cording, chest restriction, or nerve sensitivity

• Supportive positioning that respects surgical recovery and emotional safety

• Optional use of gentle cupping or kinesiology taping (KT tape) to aid healing

Every technique is applied with respect for body autonomy, identity, and healing readiness.
