Cash, Check, Venmo or Credit Card.

HSA and FSA cards accepted.

60 minute session: $130

90 minute session: $185

I do not bill insurance. Receipts and Superbills can be provided for reimbursement. 

Please note: As a licensed massage therapist, I am not authorized to diagnose medical conditions and therefore cannot provide ICD-10 diagnostic codes. You may obtain the necessary codes from your referring provider if required by your insurance. Some insurance plans require a diagnosis from a qualified healthcare provider for reimbursement.
